Absolutely no noise after 10:00PM, this is a residential neighborhood and noise will not be tolerated.

Events & parties will not be tolerated

No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. All children MUST be supervised at all time while in the backyard, there is no fence around the swimming pool and doors are NOT self-closing. Not recommended for young children.

Smoking inside the home is prohibited, charges will apply if smoke smell is found inside the home.
