House Rules

Absolutely no noise after 10pm.

No event will be tolerated.

Landscape service, swimming pool service may access the backyard during the week.

Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited, supplement cleaning fees will be charged if smoking has occurred in the home.

Pets are welcome but please clean up after them, including pets hair on furniture. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if pet waste found in the backyard or pet hair on furniture.

The private swimming pool is heated and set at 85 degrees during the colder months between November and March at no additional cost to the guests. If outdoor temperature drops below 50 degrees, pool temperature may drop below the set temperature. Also, weekly pool service and landscaping service will need access to the backyard.
