There is NO lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. All children MUST be supervised at all times around the swimming pool.
Absolutely no events or parties will be tolerated
Smoking is prohibited inside the home. If smoking smell is found, guest will be charged an additional clean up fee.
Pets are allowed, please pick up after them and keep them away from the furniture. Any damages or pet waste found at check out, guest will be charged.
