House Rules
All children MUST be supervised at all times around the swimming pool. Owner are not responsible for accidents, swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
Pool is heated between the months of November and March at no additional cost to the guests. Pool heaters are set at 85 degrees. If outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature might drop below 85 degrees. There is weekly pool service at the home... not (Website hidden by Airbnb) and skimmers are provided for guests use in between weekly pool service.
Pets are permitted but we ask that all pets to refrain from going on furniture and inside the swimming pool. Also, please pick up after your pets. Additional cleaning fees will be charged for excess pet hair and pet waste found around the property.
