House Rules
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited, additional charges will be incurred if smoking has happened inside the home.
Pets are welcome but keep them off furniture and pick up after them. If excess pet hair is found on furniture or pet waste found, additional cleaning fees will be charged.
Children MUST be supervised at all times, especially around swimming pool. There is NO lifeguard on duty and the pool is NOT fenced in. Swim at your own risk. Events, parties are strictly prohibited. ONLY registered guests are allowed on the property.
Filming of movies, reality shows and commercial use of this property are strictly prohibited. There is weekly pool service at the home. Guests are responsible to maintain the pool in between weekly pool service.
Swimming pool is heated between the months of November until April at no additional cost to guests. Pool temperature heaters are set to 85 degrees. If outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may drop at times below 85 degrees.
There is WEEKLY pool service at the home, guests are to be responsible to maintain the pool with provided net and skimmer if landscape debris fall into the swimming pool. We do not have 24 hours pool staff at the home.
